Herblore, Farming and Ranged are three skills that a lot of players have difficulty with. Herblore is quick to train, but very expensive, because potions nearly always sell for less than the components required to make them. Farming is a slow skill and can be expensive as well unless you grow herbs—and then you need to get seeds (bringing us back to “slow” and “expensive”). And Ranged is also rather slow to train unless you use high-speed methods that can get, you guessed it: expensive.

Fortunately, I’ve discovered a single method that will help you train all three skills more quickly and easily. The key to this useful synergy is using the dwarven multicannon to kill aberrant spectres, mid-level Slayer monsters are prolific droppers of herbs and herb seeds. By following my technique, you can get from 150 to 200 high level herbs per hour, along with dozens of herb seeds, useful Summoning charms and much more. And while you do it, you’ll be earning lots of Ranged XP as well.
