Night Spider Spiritual Guardian

These are pretty much the same as the pyrefiends found outside of Daemonheim, which every player who trains the Slayer skill is already familiar with. The only difference is that their drops are Daemonheim-specific. These are one of the few monsters whose level is not adjusted based on the skill levels in the team, which makes them very easy to kill by most players. They are low enough level that they really cannot be considered to have any defensive strengths, at least that anyone over combat level 70 would notice.

Pyrefiends have a Slayer level requirement of 30. Like most of the Slayer-specific monsters in Daemonheim, they have a special drop: the flameburst defender. While impressive sounding, it is rarely used because it only provides benefits when used with a specific dagger, a weak weapon. It is also pretty rare: I’ve never seen one.

Pyrefiends in Daemonheim have the identical combat stats to the standard pyrefiends found in the Rellekka Slayer Caves: combat level 43, 450 life points, maximum hit of 44.
